WINDOWS调节外接显示屏亮度工具
刚刚在刷推的时候看到了这款开源工具，Windows由于无法直接调节外接显示器的亮度，必须在显示器上通过显示器的设置去更改，这款软件则可以直接修改，确实比较方便，尤其办公室如果是全天开窗照明的情况下应该会非常有用。
